Mindfulness Workshop

Disclaimer, this is not a blog post, but shameless self-promotion!

This 2.5-hour art therapy workshop, led by a professional therapist, focuses on mindfulness techniques through art exploration, visualization, and breathwork. Participants will engage in a range of creative activities such as drawing, painting, and collage to explore their thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness techniques such as body scans and guided meditations will be taught to cultivate a greater sense of presence and awareness. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained tools to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives and a deeper connection to their inner selves through the practice of art therapy.
