Expert advice and insights
I invite you to explore how art therapy can boost self-esteem, manage anxiety, and unlock your inner potential. Whether you're a seasoned artist or have never picked up a paintbrush before, there's a place for you here. We'll explore how art therapy can be a catalyst for positive change in your life and how creativity can be part of this journey and more!
Setting Boundaries
Boundaries are rules and consequences about what kind of behavior is acceptable for you. This is not about you telling others how they can dress, and who they can talk to, but rather a set of guidelines you share with others and yourself, around what is acceptable behavior towards you and what action you will take if they don’t respect your boundary.
Embracing Guilt Free Rest

Good Enough
I am a perfectionist. The funny thing about being a perfectionist is that nothing really ever is perfect; there is always room to improve, you think you can do better even if you tried your best, and there is the “comparison demon” that gets in the way.
Should’s Equal Guilt
When something should be done and you don’t end up doing it, guilt comes along. If you spend some time being mindful of all the times you say the word should and how you feel when you don’t accomplish the “should” you will find you probably feel shitty about not getting it done.
Making Decisions
I came up with this outline to hopefully help me make a decision next time. I hope it helps you too! Please note the list below is catered toward myself. I imagine many of you couldn't care less about tarot, journaling, or making art, take what you will from it.
